Chris Clark is the Co-Founder and CEO of Locale. After years in investment banking and early-stage startups, he became obsessed with a simple question: why do some days feel 10x more productive than others—and what role does food play?

That curiosity turned into a deep dive on nutrition research and a set of non-negotiables for everyday eating: high protein, organic natural ingredients, no seed oils, and fewer microplastics. When no meal service met those standards, he built Locale with a team of like-minded friends.

Today Chris writes for Locale's Journal about the intersection of food quality, longevity science, and the practical choices that shape how we feel—today and decades from now.
