Santa Cruz Bread Boy

Lance Ebert is the Santa Cruz Bread Boy, but East Cliff locals just call him Bread Boy. He bakes artisanal focaccia and fun flavored cannolis — everything is homemade every day using high-quality local ingredients, he even makes his own ricotta which is the base of hi cannolis. He then loads his precious cargo onto his souped-up Vespa and sells at 38th Avenue and East Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz. Lance is a seasoned chef and has been working in the restaurant industry since he was 14 years old. He started this bread business on wheels during the pandemic and has gained a loyal following for both his incredible baked goods and his infectious personality.
