Hodo Organic Firm Tofu
Made in small batches by Minh Tsai’s Oakland company, this ultra-firm, pressed tofu has a clean, pleasant soy flavor, with a nutty, sweet, pea-like finish. It’s great tossed in a salad, used in stir fry or even curry. Compared to average market brands, Hodo Firm Tofu has 50% higher protein per serving. This hand-crafted tofu is made from organic, non-GMO, US-grown, whole soybeans.
