When you pre-pay for Locale meals, you add credit to your account that can be used for future orders. Your account credit never expires and can be used whenever you're ready to order.

How do I redeem my gift?

After completing your pre-payment, you'll receive a confirmation email within 24hrs with detailed instructions on how to redeem your selected gift. For most gifts, we'll provide you a gift card or directly send the item to you. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at [email protected].

What if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel or pause your subscription, your account credit will remain in your account and can be used for future orders if you re-subscribe. If you'd like to have your account credit refunded, please reach out to us. We will refund you and will deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

Can I change my gift selection after submitting?

Does my account credit expire?

No! Your account credit never expires. Use it at your own pace - whether that's immediately or months from now. Your credit is always available in your account whenever you're ready to order Locale meals.
