Due to popular demand, Kagawa-ya is finally adding a delicious vegetarian option to their Udon Menu! They've created a soy-milk based vegan paitan (white broth) topped with mochi stuffed soybean skin, sweet corn, green onions, seasoned wood ear mushrooms, black garlic oil & kick of spice made with habanero miso chili paste! This is one dish that everyone can enjoy!

This product will be delivered frozen. In order to maintain quality we never thaw and refreeze frozen items. All frozen products are produced days before delivery, not months. STEP 1: Cook Udon Noodles
- Bring a large pot of water to boil
- Drop noodles in pot of water and stir gently
- Cook udon for approximately 10 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking together
- Drain and rinse with cold water to remove starch
- Set aside to combine with broth later
STEP 2: Reheat Broth
Note: All contents are fully cooked
- Empty contents from microwave-safe deli cup container into a saucepan
- Heat up broth to a light simmer
- Combine cooked udon noodle + broth together
- Add on included chilled toppings
- Enjoy!
