This crowd favorite is back! Kagawa-ya's Tan Tan Udon has a nice kick of spice, layers of umami flavor, nuttiness from the miso-sesame base, with sprouts, green onions and cilantro to add a refreshing crunch and balance out the flavors. (Does NOT contain peanuts)
Ingredients:
Spicy Miso-Sesame Broth with Ground Beef, Green Onions, Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, Toasted Sesame Seeds & Chili Oil

STEP 1: Cook Udon Noodles
- Bring a large pot of water to boil
- Drop noodles in pot of water and stir gently
- Cook udon for approximately 10 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking together
- Drain and rinse with cold water to remove starch
- Set aside to combine with broth later
STEP 2: Reheat Broth
Note: All contents are fully cooked
- Empty contents from microwave-safe deli cup container into a saucepan
- Heat up broth to a light simmer
- Combine cooked udon noodle + broth together
- Add on included chilled toppings
- Enjoy!
