Creamy organic Yukon gold potatoes with fontina cheese, and woodsy, herbaceous rosemary. Each Del Popolo pizza is built upon naturally leavened dough that has been fermented for 1-2 days. Every pizza is hand-stretched and par-baked in our handmade wood-fired oven and then cooled and blast frozen to retain its fresh look and taste.

Set oven rack (and pizza stone, if available) to mid-level.
Preheat oven to 450°F on the “Bake” setting.
***Please be careful, the oven is now HOT***
Place frozen pizza onto the oven rack or pizza stone and close the oven door.
Cook for 7-8 minutes or until ingredients are melded together.
Result: The crust should be tender and crispy but not crunchy; the cheese should be very soft and almost melting, but not
spreading or overly browned.
