Porcini Koji Salt
Sea salt is infused with koji and then slowly dehydrated to preserve enzyme activity. It is blended with wild foraged porcini mushrooms from northern California, and Burlap & Barrel purple stripe garlic. This is a fermented salt, rich in amino acids which translates to a lot of umami!

This product will be delivered frozen. In order to maintain quality we never thaw and refreeze frozen items. All frozen products are produced days before delivery, not months.
