Northern Chinese style seared pork dumplings. These are easy to prep - just pan-sear in oil, steam, or boil over high heat! Dragon Beaux puts a modern spin on traditional dumplings and these make for a great lunch, snack, or even dinner.
This product will be delivered frozen. In order to maintain quality we never thaw and refreeze frozen items. All frozen products are produced days before delivery, not months. By selling frozen items, our vendors are able to produce on their own schedule, reduce food waste, and overall lead to a better experience for you since you can store and enjoy these products for longer!
Steam:
- Fill a medium pan with 1-2 inches of water to a boil. Then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Place a metal or bamboo steamer basket on top of the water (make sure the water does not touch the base of the steamer).
- Place the frozen dumplings in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 166º F, and enjoy!
## Boil:
- Fill a medium to large-sized pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Drop-in frozen dumplings and boil for 6 minutes, or until internal temperature reads 166º F.
## Pan-Sear:
- Heat a high heat neutral oil (like vegetable or canola oil) in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the dumplings and cook until the skin is golden and crispy on the bottom and the center is fully cooked (internal temperature of 166º F).
