Kagawa-ya's most classic udon dish! Made with our clear dashi broth, aburaage seasoned well with soy sauce, mirin and sugar topped with tempura crunch that adds on another layer of umami. It's so comforting and satisfying! Their dashi broth is made with smoked tuna and kombu.
Ingredients:
Hot dashi broth (smoked tuna base), sweet soybean skin, wakame seaweed, green onions, and tempura crunch.

STEP 1: Cook Udon Noodles
- Bring a large pot of water to boil
- Drop noodles in pot of water and stir gently
- Cook udon for approximately 10 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking together
- Drain and rinse with cold water to remove starch
- Set aside to combine with broth later
STEP 2: Reheat Broth
Note: All contents are fully cooked
- Empty contents from microwave-safe deli cup container into a saucepan
- Heat up broth to a light simmer
- Combine cooked udon noodle + broth together
- Add on included chilled toppings
- Enjoy!
