Temujin’s Samsa Pies are both crunchy and moist. For centuries, this authentic Uzbek Samsa recipe lived along the walls of the ancient city of Samarkand. Our traditional buttery, flaky pastry dough is wrapped around a combination of organic chicken, mozzarella, and onions. The result is a beautiful balance of crunch and juiciness in each bite.

This product will be delivered frozen. In order to maintain quality we never thaw and refreeze frozen items. All frozen products are produced days before delivery, not months. - Remove Samsa pies from the package. Place them on a pan lined with parchment paper half-inch apart. Let them rest for about 30 minutes under room temperature to remove some extra moisture.
- While the pies are resting, preheat the oven to 380º F.
- Bake Samsa meat pies for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.
- Take them out, let them rest for 10 minutes, and enjoy with the sauce of your choice.
