Are there any delivery fees?

Yes, we charge a $5 delivery fee

Is there a minimum order size?

No, however we do charge a small order fee of $6 for orders under $50

Can I edit my order after checkout?

Yes, place another order before Thursday at midnight with the same name at checkout and use code ADD. We’ll waive the delivery fee and combine your orders for you

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before Thursday at midnight. Send us an email with your name to orders@shoplocale.com.

Can I change my delivery time?

Yes, before Thursday at midnight. Send us an email with your name to orders@shoplocale.com.

How do I track the driver?

We’ll send you a text on delivery day with a link to track your driver

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

No you do not! Any cold items will be packed with ice packs or dry ice, they should remain cold for up to 3 hours after delivery!

Can Locale reuse the packaging?

Yes! We love to reuse packaging materials whenever possible. Please wash and leave out boxes, insulated bags, ice packs or glass bottles and we'll happily take these items back for sanitization and reuse :)
